After selling my two small businesses — a fun, welcoming wine bar + a curated bottle shop — I decided to take my business operations mindset paired with a passion for sustainability and create a value-add service for hospitality businesses — an industry not necessarily known for “mindful operations” — to positively impact their bottom line through both savings and revenue generation in ways that help their local communities and the planet as a whole.

I’m based in Carpinteria, California with my husband Drew, our rescue pup Avocado, and our two cats, Buster and Maui. We spend summers in our home state of Minnesota and are happiest when traveling, exploring the local food and wine scene, or mapping out our next adventure.
